DHM Properties is a long established family business, owned by Howard Midgley, a Chartered Surveyor, who began his career in 1959 with a leading Estate Agency in Leeds. After deciding to start his own business, Howard founded DHM Properties in 1969, providing rental property for both students and professionals. Simon Kerfoot (Howard's son-in-law) joined the business full time in the year 2001 and now manages all properties and sees day to day activities on behalf of his father-in-law (who is now partly retired). DHM Properties has earned itself an excellent reputation over the years simply because of the friendly and efficient service it provides in both the student sector and the residential sector with many lettings resulting from recommendations by present and previous tenants. All of our properties are owned/managed by ourselves and repairs/renovations/refurbishments are carried out by our own in-house maintenance and contracting teams.
