Following the Government’s recent announcement on Monday 4th January, it was confirmed that estate and letting agents can remain open.

However, it is not ‘business as usual’. We are operating with reduced office hours but maintenance will continue as normal for repairs as we understand many of you are back and remaining living in Leeds for the duration of this Lockdown. Entry into our office is strictly by appointment only and other than this the door will remain locked.Viewings are being carried out virtually wherever possible to reduce the risk of transmission and in person viewings are a last resort with only 2 people allowed from the same household.Support and information from the Universities can be found below:
