‘For those that want the benefit of rural living from a city location!’

Adel is one of the most desirable residential areas for a professional let due to the prestigious properties found here. The area still retains a village feel as it has managed to escape some of the extensive development that Leeds has seen to date. Adel is located close to Weetwood, Cookridge, Bramhope. It is also near the Adel Crag and Meanwood Valley Trail, which gives Adel the distinctive countryside feel that it has.

Local amenities in Adel include a variety of shops including a co-op, restaurants, schools for all age groups, leisure facilities and Headingley Golf Club, the oldest in Leeds. Other recreational facilities nearby include 130 acres of gardens and woodland at Golden Acre Park, Otley Chevin Park and the Yorkshire Dales beyond. Adel is close to the Outer Ring Road, approximately 5 miles from the city centre and yet only minutes driving distance from spectacular Yorkshire countryside. The Outer Ring Road provides access to Leeds, Bradford, York, Harrogate and the national motorway networks (M1/A1/M62). Adel has good vehicular access to the amenities of Headingley which has a railway station with regular links to Leeds, Harrogate, York and beyond.
